Dr. Bernard Zingano,
Non-Executive Director

Dr. Zingano, a well respected Architect, holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture, MSc. and PhD from the University of Hertfordshire, U.K. which he obtained in November 2003.He is a Director of his own Architectural and Engineering Firm,Zingano and Associates. Some of his directorships include Kamuzu Academy, National Road Authority, Mzuzu University Council, Citizen Insurance, Chayamba Trust and Lilongwe Academy Private School.

Mr. Leonnard Chikadya,
Managing Director

Mr. Chikadya joined the Company in November, 2004 as Chief Executive Officer and was promoted as Managing Director in December 2005. Mr. Chikadya, a well respected Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA (Strategic Management) and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCC A) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA). He has over 25 years experience in Finance and General Management having previously worked in various senior positions for Deloitte, Illovo Sugar, Import and Export Company Limited, Press Corporation (Tambala Food Products and Malawi Pharmacies Limited) and Sunbird Tourism Limited, Malawi's leading hotel Group. He currently serves as Non-Executive Director of NICO Life Insurance, Malawi Savings Bank, Smallholder Tea Company Limited, Malawi Union of Savings and Credit Cooperatives Limited, and Malawi Blood Transfusion Service. Mr. Chikadya is also a member of the Disciplinary Committee of Society of Accountants in Malawi (SOCAM), a regulatory body of Accountants.

Mrs. Jane Dzanjalimodzi
Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Dzanjalimodzi holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Andrews University in United States of America and post graduate Diploma in Management from University of Cape Town, South Africa. She worked for Press Corporation for ten years in various positions including being Assistant Group Human Resources Manager. Mrs. Dzanjalimodzi has also served as a Trustee and Director of various Companies including Press Trust and Kang'ombe Investments Limited. Currently she is a Director of Kamuzu Academy and Chayamba Holdings Limited.

Mr. Francis Pelekamoyo,
Non-Executive Chairman

Mr. Pelekamoyo, a well respected Economist, has BSc in Chemistry. and Economics, Postgraduate Diploma in Monetary Economics and MA in Economics from Yale University in U.S.A. During the period 1972 to 1995, Mr. Pelekamoyo worked for Reserve Bank of Malawi in various senior positions including being Director of Research and Statistics, General Manager, and Deputy General Manager of the Bank before he was appointed Governor of the Reserve Bank of Malawi in 1989. He left Reserve Bank of Malawi in 1995 and was appointed Chief Executive of Air Malawi Limited in May 2001 where he worked until September 2003. Mr. Pelakamoyo is currently a Director of various Companies including being Chairman of Opportunity International Bank of Malawi.
