Big Bullets FC have no case to answer as regards the 'incidents' that happened during their temperamental game against Epac United at Civo on Sunday August 5.
Bullets survived a second successive defeat thanks to an injury time equaliser from Diverson Mlozi.
There were reports of pockets of violent incidents following referee Simon Jovinala's decision to add three more minutes in injury time during which Epac United scored their goal through last season top goal scorer Ishmael Thindwa.
Bullets officials and coaches protested the decision while some supporters allegedly threw missiles at the referees.
After Bullets equaliser, there was also some tension at the stadium as the supporters protested the referee's decisions.
There have been concerns on why Super League of Malawi (Sulom) has not acted on the incident.
However, it has been established that referee Jovinala is yet to submit a report three days after the game leaving Sulom tied.
General secretary Williams Banda said they were still waiting for the referee's report on the matter.
"We need the referee's report for us to act on the matter. As of today (Tuesday) the referee has not yet submitted anything. The rules and regulations state that the officials should submit their report immediately after the game," Banda said.
"It is such a report that gives us the direction on what happened during the game. Without the report, our arms are tied. I tried to call him yesterday but he was not available at his office."
Referees are not allowed to comment on the game to the media, but match assessor at the game Verson Lwanja said he did not note any 'incident' worth reporting to Sulom.
"I submit my report on the referee's performance to the Fam referees subcommittee and that is confidential. But as for the other incidents I am supposed to report to Sulom," he said.
"I haven't submitted to Sulom any report on other 'incidents' at the stadium because there wasn't any worth reporting to them."
"Yes, there were some incidents at the stadium here and there, but how serious were they? Did they have any effect on the game? I don't think so. The game went on and ended properly.
